Empowering Epilepsy is a non-profit 501(c)3 public charity organization created by people with epilepsy in Northeast Ohio for people with epilepsy. Our events are either free or low cost thanks to donations from people, families, businesses, and foundations like you.
Whether helping the Empowering Epilepsy community as a whole, or donating in honor of or in memory of a loved one, each donation to Empowering Epilepsy directly helps people with epilepsy and their loved ones take charge of their lives.

Our programs are unique because we personally understand the hurdles our community members face when living with active seizures. Knowledge is power. We strive to find ways to educate people with epilepsy so they can better communicate with their doctors, and get a more accurate diagnosis and treatment plan sooner.
